How do you know where a truck is right now?
Only when the truck checks in with us, or confirms it is serving. A check-in is labelled live and expires after four hours. Every other truck shows its usual area, which means exactly that: their normal patch, not a live position. We don't pretend otherwise.
Does it cost a truck anything to be listed?
No. Listing is free forever and includes the radar pin, menu, phone number and reviews. Optional paid plans are Professional at $15/month and Premier at $35/month; neither affects ratings.
Can a truck buy the HIGHLY RECOMMENDED badge?
No. It requires 3+ reviews, a 4.5+ average and no review below 3 stars in the last 90 days. It recalculates on every review, so it can be lost as well as earned.
