Privacy Policy
Where We Eatin'? — the live food-truck radar for Pueblo and Colorado Springs. Last updated: 2026-09-19.
Short version: we collect only what a truck listing, a reservation enquiry or a
review needs. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and card details never
touch our servers.
What we collect, and why

Who else is involved
- GitHub Pages hosts this site and sees standard web-server logs (IP, user agent).
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim resolves the location text you type into coordinates.
- Stripe processes payments when a vendor pays. Their privacy policy governs card data.
- Telegram: operational notices (for example, a nightly batch summary) go to the operator's own Telegram account, not to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
- Vendor listings: as long as the truck is listed, and removed on request.
- Orders and enquiries: kept until the event is served and any dispute window passes.
- Reviews: kept while the listing is live; removed with the listing.
- Geocode cache: transient, overwritten as new searches arrive.
Your choices
- Ask us to correct or delete a listing, a review, or an enquiry — including one you submitted as a customer.
- Vendors can ask to be removed from the radar at any time; the listing is deleted, not hidden.
- We do not send marketing messages to customers. Vendor outreach is one-to-one and stops when asked.
Contact
Pending: this page ships before a support mailbox exists on a domain we control — the contact address is being created and will be published here before the Android listing goes live. Until then, a vendor or customer can request removal through the phone number on their own listing or via the same channel they were contacted on.
Children
This service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
